Vortex Music is happy to announce their song, “Simon Sez”, was  placed in the Indie Comedy Film,  Beer Pong Saved My Life. Two professional slackers yearn for fulfillment, fame and fortune, and a beer pong tournament at a nearby college seems to be the answer to their prayers. (And no, we are not talking about Hugh and Jimmy). “Simon Sez” was written by Vortex Music and the very talented Janice Fitzgerald. Hugh and Jimmy share the honors on vocals.

ECSTASY – THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS

The Young and The Restless – CBS

Vortex Music is happy to announce their song, “I Can’t Believe”, was recently placed in the hit CBS television soap opera, The Young and the Restless. The Young and the Restless has won eight Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Drama Series. “I Can’t Believe”, was written by Hugh Colocott and the very talented Adonis Tsilimparis. This is now the 5th song placement for Vortex Music on Y&R.

TV PLACEMENT – “IT AIN’T SO BAD”

Vortex Music is proud to announce their song, “It Ain’t So Bad”, was recently placed on Say Yes to the Dress, an American reality television series on TLC. The show follows events at Kleinfeld Bridal in NYC as it profiles future brides in search of the perfect wedding dress. “It Ain’t So Bad” was written by James Adamo,  Hugh Colocott and Jimmy Santis of Vortex Music and performed by JJ Appleton.

NASHVILLE – ABC TV – “NONE OF THE ABOVE”

Vortex Music is happy to announce their song, “None Of The Above”, was once again placed in ABC’s hit T.V. show, Nashville,  an American musical drama television series. Vortex Music is happy to announce their song, “Origami”, has been placed on WE tv’s,  My Fair Wedding,  an American reality television show  starring celebrity wedding planner David Tutera. Some of the celebrity weddings featured this past season were for recording artists Brandy Norwood, Ray J and Lil Kim. “Origami” was written by Hugh Colocott, Jimmy Santis and Janice Fitzgerald. ABC-TV : Progressive Skating & Gymnastics Spectacular

Vortex Music is proud to announce their song, “Pseudo Romeo”, was placed  in ABC-TV’s, Progressive Skating & Gymnastics Spectacular,  also known as the Colgate Skating Series. This event  brings together two of the most popular Olympic sports: figure skating and gymnastics. The show has been airing regularly on ABC and features young Olympic stars along with guest musical performances from  teen pop stars, the likes of Cody Simpson and Danielle Bradbery. “Pseudo Romeo” was written  by Hugh Colocott,  Jimmy Santis and Gail Vareilles. The Vampire Diaries – “Click, Click, Click”

The song that keeps on giving! This is now the third placement for “Click, Click, Click”, which was placed in the television show, The Vampire Diaries,   an American supernatural drama television series on the CW Network. The show now in its seventh season, has received numerous award nominations, winning four People’s Choice Awards and several Teen Choice Awards.

“Click, Click, Click” was written  by Hugh Colocott, Janice Fitzgerald and Jimmy Santis and was performed by Amanda Droste.

Vortex Music is happy to announce their song, “Click, Click, Click”, was placed in the television show, Crowd Control,   an American reality documentary television series on Nation Geographic Channel. The series, sets up a series of practical experiments in an attempt to change social behavior. This is the second placement for the song in the last month. “Click, Click, Click” was written  by Hugh Colocott, Janice Fitzgerald and Jimmy Santis. Amanda Droste performed the song.
